I think that in our country, we should not waste electricity. If we do not need it, we should not use it. Today I noticed that the problem of electricity is the problem of electricity. 

So we all have to be aware and electricity cannot be wasted. If we buy electricity with money, then many of us can say that since I am buying it with money, then it is not a matter of whether I am wasting it or not.
