The Electronic Frontier Foundation brings back its LGBT Q&A series for season two. It answers important questions on queer digital rights and online safety through Instagram and TikTok. The effort started last Pride and continues now.
Last year during Pride month, the Electronic Frontier Foundation started a new program called LGBT Q&A. They used their Instagram and TikTok accounts to respond to questions about digital rights for the LGBT community. People asked about safe pictures for dating apps, removing names from online searches, dealing with homophobic content, and staying safe at Pride events.
This year the foundation is repeating the effort with fresh answers. The series covers both online and offline issues that affect LGBT individuals. It aims to help users understand their rights and protect themselves in digital spaces.
The questions show real concerns in the community. By providing clear responses, the initiative supports greater awareness and safety for queer people everywhere.
