A passionate educator turned a quick question into action by starting writing workshops and a digital community. This effort now supports founders and rising leaders in education policy and entrepreneurship. The program helps them share ideas clearly and grow their impact.

Last year an educator received an unexpected question during a discussion at FEE’s Education Entrepreneurship Lab. The query asked what passion project they would bring to the group. Without hesitation the answer came as a writing mentorship program designed to help others.

Soon after, quarterly writing workshops began for founders and others in the field. A digital community was also built to connect participants. These efforts focus on rising stars in education policy who need better ways to share their work.

The initiative empowers people to write with confidence and clarity. It creates space for stories that can shape better education practices. Through regular support members gain skills that help their projects reach wider audiences and create lasting change.
